  Ordered online and paid with a gift card. Stood by the register like the instructions said. Cashier saw me and continued helping other customers for 10m. Got in line and asked for my order. They ran into the back of the shop (why would you keep them there?) and found my already completed order; but instead of just handing it to me, they made me continue through the line while they smirked at me. Then they realized it was already paid for, finally handed it to me, and I left. Clearly I had perturbed the staff by having the audacity to order and pay in advance. This is some of the worst fast food service I've ever had.

  I asked for extra cheese online. My burrito came with no Cheese on it, and a portion cup full on the side. They could have fit the cheese in there because there was plenty of room in that tortilla. I've never seen a burrito wrapped twice around with the same tortilla. I guess you have to be there in person to make sure they do things right.

  Chipotle is my favorite - I probably eat here once a week. My only complaint about this specific location is that the results aren't consistent - some days you get a generous scoop of rice and guacamole and the next day you don't. The rice and meats don't always taste the same either. I guess that's what you get to know your food is freshly made! I just wish I knew whether or not the rice was going to be overly salty or flavorless before I went. It would change the choices in my burrito bowl.

  I've had a view issues at this location with online ordering. No one seems to really be trained properly, well at least not the person on the register. I've waited until the exact time given for pick up an they will just be starting my order. It's quicker to just wait in line at this point. Very frustrating especially when you have somewhere to be.
